These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Seerboard, a platform where you can submit and view predictions. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

What Seerboard Does

Seerboard allows you to:

  • Submit predictions when logged in with your Discord account
  • View predictions submitted by others anonymously (no account needed)
  • Track prediction outcomes and accuracy

Your Account

  • Discord Login Only: You can only create an account by logging in through Discord
  • One Account: You may only have one account at a time
  • Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Seerboard

Rules for Using Seerboard

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit predictions not made by the specified source
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
  • Post illegal content or content that violates Discord's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to hack, spam, or disrupt the service
  • Share predictions that contain personal information about others

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove predictions that violate these rules
  • Suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly break the rules
  • Modify or discontinue features at any time

Your Content

  • What You Submit: You submit predictions made by experts, public figures, and notable individuals for tracking and fact-checking purposes
  • Accuracy Requirement: You must accurately represent the original prediction, including proper attribution to the person who made it
  • Source Information: When possible, include the source, date, and context of the original prediction
  • License to Us: By submitting expert predictions, you give us permission to display, store, and share them on Seerboard
  • Public Nature: Remember that submitted predictions may be viewed by anyone, even anonymous users
  • Not Your Predictions: You acknowledge that you're submitting predictions made by others, not claiming them as your own
  • Fair Use: Submissions should be for legitimate tracking and accountability purposes
  • Removal: You can request removal of invalid predictions via the report feature
  • No Guarantee: We don't guarantee the accuracy of submitted predictions or their outcomes

Additional Requirements

  • Don't submit predictions from private conversations without permission
  • Ensure predictions are from public statements or published sources
  • Don't misattribute predictions to the wrong person
  • Include context when a prediction might be misunderstood

Our Responsibilities and Limits

What We Provide:

  • A platform for submitting and viewing predictions
  • Reasonable efforts to keep the service running and secure

What We Don't Promise:

  • 100% uptime or error-free service
  • That predictions will be accurate or useful
  • Protection from all security threats
  • Permanent storage of all data

Limitation of Liability: Seerboard is provided "as is." We're not responsible for any damages whatsoever, in any way, shape or form, that might result from using our service, including lost profits, data, or other indirect damages.

Changes and Termination

  • Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify users of major changes
  • Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • Account Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Your Right to Leave: You can stop using Seerboard at any time

Disputes and Legal Stuff
