Seerboard Predictions Policy

Last Updated: September 6, 2025

We will try to adhere to the following policy when registering predictions. This policy is not legally binding in any way, shape or form, and simply describes the processes that Seerboard will take internally. This policy may change at any time without notice.

  1. If the same prediction is made in various different sources, only one will be registered.
  2. Whether a prediction is sarcastic or genuine will be determined based on a reasonable person standard.
  3. Predictions will only be registered if they are not obvious at the time of prediction.
  4. If there are two conflicting predictions, the most recent one will be selected as long as it does not conflict with any other rule.
  5. Upon request from the given predictor, and after review determined to be sarcastic based on a reasonable person standard, a prediction may be removed.
  6. If not otherwise stated in the source, resolution and due date will be determined based on a reasonable person standard.
  7. Only public statements will be considered.
  8. Public retractions of previous predictions with unclear resolution will be marked as incorrect.
  9. Predictions must be capable of independent verification using publicly available information.
